Ms. Meknat's classroom
My name is Sohayla Meknat, and it is my pleasure to introduce myself as your son’s or daughter’s math teacher at Pacifica High School. I received my Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University, and my teaching credential and master’s degree from California State University in Fullerton.
I believe that a teacher should provide guidance and direction as well as academic expertise for all students. My classroom is a community where everyone is respected, appreciated, and highly motivated in their academic performance. I will be teaching math using many different techniques and strategies to engage all students as much as possible.
